We use full-grain leather, selected for its natural character, strength and ability to age beautifully. Our hides are imported and then tanned locally in Chennai. We choose imported hides because their cleaner, more consistent surfaces allow us to cut large panels with less wastage while preserving the natural integrity of full-grain leather.

Since our inception in 2017, we’ve never run sales or offered discounts. We believe in fair, consistent pricing from the beginning, making the luxury we offer accessible to more people. Our timeless designs aren’t seasonal, so there’s no need to clear old stock. The price you see today is the price you can expect tomorrow.

We don’t have a traditional warranty. Instead, if your bag can be repaired, we’ll do our best to fix it, whether it’s one month or five years old. We can repair opened seams, replace linings or handles, free of charge. You simply cover the shipping costs. Because some pieces are worth keeping.

We ship Monday to Friday, using Blue Dart Express wherever serviceable. Most metro cities receive orders within 1–3 business days from dispatch. Where Blue Dart isn’t available, we use DTDC or Speed Post. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary as they’re ultimately determined by the courier.

Our products are made in our workshop in Melvishraram, Tamil Nadu, by a close-knit team of six with decades of combined experience. Every piece is made with care, in small, considered batches, allowing us to focus on the details and craftsmanship that go into every Albert Tusk piece.
